an author, mother, and believer in the power of every story. My path was paved by love, loss, and resilience, evolving into a mission to help others find hope. After years in caregiving at Jolly Rest More and Golden Years CRCF, plus owning Paradise Tanning, I learned that strength lives in ordinary moments.

These life lessons shaped my memoir, "This can’t be reality," though they were just the beginning. Now, through my writing and community, I aim to provide a sanctuary for those navigating grief or change. This site is a shared space for growth and honest connection, where we learn together and keep building, one step at a time.
