To Block or Not to Block
I’ve wrestled with this question for years now.
Do I block them, or do I leave them where I can see them?
The accounts keep appearing. Different names. Different profile pictures. Different categories. Some sit empty with no followers, no posts, and almost no history. But there is usually something about them, some wording, timing, reference, or detail, that feels coded enough for me to recognize a pattern.

And that creates a strange dilemma.
If I block an account, another one appears. Then I block that one. And another. Block, block, block. Sometimes it feels less like setting a boundary and more like playing digital whack-a-mole.

But if I leave them unblocked, at least I know what I’m looking at. I can document it. I can see when something changes. I’m not wondering which brand-new account replaced the last one.
So which is safer?
Which is healthier?
Which actually gives me more peace?

I still don’t know.
What I do know is that I’m done pretending it isn’t happening just because I haven’t figured out the perfect response to it.

Maybe the answer is to block. Maybe the answer is to observe. Maybe the answer changes depending on the account and the circumstances.
But silence is no longer part of my strategy.
I may still be deciding whether to block or not to block.
I am no longer deciding whether to talk about it.
